This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at! The location was good -- easy walk to Midtown and any subway we wanted. Comfy bed, great rain shower. Breakast had different items every day, which was pleasant. Our room had a fridge, which we appreciated. Was amazingly quiet for being on such a busy street.

Lovely staff, the room was great, clean and as advertised and location was fantastic! Really near by to Time Square and walkable distance for most things and subway stations.

Hotel is spotlessly clean, modern, fresh and comfortable. The room is larger than expected as most in NYC are small. The bathroom was beautiful and shower was amazing! The complementary toiletries were a nice added touch! The rooms however only have the mirror in the bathroom which isn't great for getting ready. The bed was sp comfortable and the pillows were great, but we would have like a warmer duvet. The staff are amazing - so friendly and helpful! Love the complementary cookies every evening! The breakfast is self serve. There is a waffle iron, eggs, cereal, porridge, fruit, yougarts, fresh pastries, tea, coffee and fresh orange juice. The breakfast room os again spotlessly clean and nicely decorated! The location is great, just off 38th St & 8th Ave. 4 blocks down is 34th St and 4 blocks up is 42nd so only a few mins to Times Square. When returning to NYC I would book this hotel again!

- The room was decent sized for NYC (2 big suitcases could fit into the room no problem). Some people here expect a suite or 5-star hotel for a cheap price, but this is one of the most expensive cities to visit. In fact pricing was very competitive and cheaper than most hotels despite us booking only 2 days before our stay. - Very fast lifts - AC very strong and easy to use and fridge is always on/cold which is great for the summer - Rooms cleaned every day and spotless!! - Daily cookies/free drinks at the lobby and free breakfast - Quiet and soundproof rooms, we were on the 17th floor and heard nothing - Hotel card needed to enter lobby which is a good safety plus - Good transport links for both JFK and touristy places

The Hotel was situated only a 10 minute walk from the centre of Times Square, with Subways close by so you can get around and explore more of NYC. We asked for a room refresh as we stayed for one week and they did an excellent job cleaning and were very accommodating. The breakfast was tasty and you could eat as much as you wanted, we especially liked the waffles.

The hotel was brilliant - the staff were amazing and the rooms were very clean and bed very comfortable. The hotel is less than a 10 min walk to Times Square and has loads of shops around it (Angelina's Bakery is a MUST!). The hotel was very secure as you had to swipe your room card to enter the hotel. They have fresh coffee making facilities in the lobby so you can help yourself to free coffee throughout the day, and they also bake fresh cookies every night for you to take to bed!! The oat and raisin were amazing! I would deffo stay in this hotel again.

This is a super comfortable place to stay. Not much space but it didn’t bother us. We are in NYC. We understand. Also, we are in NYC. We were outside all day anyways. We just needed a comfy bed and a hot shower and that is what we got. Also, 5pm - 10pm is cookie time in the lobby! Yum! My mom had the breakfast and told me it was pretty standard. It got busy at times and we were there in the off-peak time in February. My favorite parts: the central location! Just a few blocks away from so many things. And if not, we were a few blocks away from multiple subway stations that can get us there. Also, the lemon or cucumber water station in the lobby kept me hydrated. I highly recommended this place!

I liked that it was a newer property! Very clean and well kept! Breakfast was very nice different each day with hot food options and other stuff for those that want a light breakfast. Loved that coffee, hot chocolate and tea was available all day! They brought out cookies each night nice little treat before going up to your room for the evening. Staff was super friendly and always cleaning and keeping things organized and available!!!! Very safe to stay here too. Due to its location so close to Rockefeller Center and Times Square you still felt super safe. You couldn’t even get in the front door unless you had a key so that made it feel very safe and you were assured anyone who wasn’t staying there could get in!!!! For 2 people it was all we needed!
